Placing and Closing Orders

Placing Orders:

  • Opening New Orders: Click the “New Order” button on the toolbar or right-click in the Market Watch and select “New Order.”
  • Selecting Order Types: Choose between market orders (immediate execution at current price) and pending orders (execution when the price reaches a specified level).
  • Entering Order Details: Set the currency pair, trading volume (lot size), stop loss (maximum loss), and take profit (profit target).
  • Placing Orders: After entering the necessary information, click the “Sell” or “Buy” button to place the order. Once placed, the order will appear in the “Trade” tab of the Terminal.

Closing Orders:

  • Selecting Orders to Close: Right-click on the position you wish to close in the “Trade” tab of the Terminal and select “Close Order.”
  • Executing Closure: Click the “Close” button to close the position. Closed positions will be displayed in the “History” tab.

Chart Operations

  • Displaying Charts: Drag and drop currency pairs from the Market Watch or right-click and select “Chart Window.”
  • Changing Timeframes: Click the timeframe buttons on the toolbar (e.g., M1, M5, H1, D1) to change the timeframe displayed.
  • Zooming In and Out: Use the zoom buttons on the toolbar to enlarge or reduce the chart size.
  • Scrolling and Auto-Scrolling Charts: Drag the chart to scroll or use the auto-scroll button on the toolbar.

Adding and Setting Technical Indicators

  • Adding Indicators: Click the “Indicators” button on the toolbar or right-click on the chart and select “Indicators List.”
  • Selecting Indicators: Choose the desired indicator from the list (e.g., Moving Average, MACD, RSI).
  • Setting Parameters: Enter the parameters such as period and display method in the indicator settings window.
  • Applying Indicators: Click “OK” to apply the indicator to the chart.
